Y2 series three phase induction motors (B3)

Y2 series motors are a new generation of Y series. It is of TEFC quirrel cage 3 phase induction motor for general purposes.

Application

Y2 series motor can be widely used in fields like machine tools, water pumps, blowers and compressors as well as transportation, mixture, printing, agricultural machines and food processors where there is no inflammable, explosive or corrosive case.

The mounting dimension and the power deree of Y2 series motor conform to IEC standard and DIN42673 standard. The protaction degree of the frame is of IP54 and the cooling method is of IC411with continuous duty (SI). F-class insulation is usedand the temperature rising is checked against B class (except motors of H315I2-2,4 poles and all the specifications of H355 which are checked aginst F-class). The noise level under load state is also checked.

Conditions of Operation

The motors are assurred to give reliable service when used at:

(1) An altitude should not be over 1000 meters above sea level.

(2)An ambient temperature not exceeding +40°C. The lowest ambient temperature is -15°C. The highest monthly average relevant humidity is 90% in the moist month. Meantime, the lowest monthly average temp. of this month should not be more than 25°C.

Voltage, Frequency:

Rated voltage: 380V, Delta-connection for motors of 4KW and above; Star connection for motors 3KW and below;

Rated frequency: 50Hz;
